Batman & the Batmobile

What a whirlwind few days for DC Comics fans.  We get a list of proposed film announcements, supposedly to come from Warner Brothers at San Diego Comic Con 2014. Then we receive confirmation that Jason Momoa has been cast in “Batman V Superman: Dawn of Justice” and “Justice League.” With all this news, Batman fans are wondering what will happen with Ben Affleck’s Batman, following his appearance in the two team up films.  Superhero film scooper, El Mayimbe from Latino Review has the answer. “According to sources, I’m hearing the studio is eyeing 2019 for the standalone Batman film and I even got a working title: THE BATMAN.”  The report indicates that the currently in production “Batman V Superman: Dawn of Justice” wraps production in December.  Cast and crew will then break for Christmas and New Years festivities, before starting work on “Justice League.” The report goes on to discuss the possibility of Ben Affleck directing, and when work could potentially begin on the film.  Check out the full article at Latino Review.
